  After you have signed up browse through deals and Click "Buy Now" button on the deal page then, follow the simple process to place an order.

4. How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email and text message from us. This mail will have all the details related to your purchased Deal.

5. How much time will it take to deliver the voucher & the Product after the order is placed?

The voucher will be delivered in 24-48 hours. The product delivery timings depend upon the product you buy; the details will be mentioned in the voucher as well as on the website. Usually the delivery time starts after one week from the completion date of the deal.

6. What are the delivery timings?

Our delivery timings for voucher and products are between 11:00 am to 7:00 pm from Monday till Saturdays. Sundays are off. For service oriented products like restaurant vouchers, Restaurants’ timings are to be followed.

7. When is the product delivered?

The product is delivered on the mentioned date on the deal page and the voucher delivered to you. In case of any delays due to unexpected events we will inform our customers of the delay and inform them the next possible delivery date.

8. What are Dealsdaily’s refund policies?

Refunds are only provided to customers if there is a genuine & authenticated problem with the delivered product/service. Every complaint is thoroughly investigated to ensure its authenticity and upon confirmation customer will be refunded as soon as possible.

For service based deals, no refunds are applicable after the expiry of the redemption period in the situation where the deal is not availed in.For product deals, a refund is only applicable if the product is returned unused due to quality or finishing issues.

9. What are Dealsdaily’s return policies? has a NO RETURN Policy unless there is a genuine problem with the delivered product/service. We thoroughly investigate every order/case to ensure its authenticity and upon confirmation a refund is authorized as soon as possible.

- For SERVICE Deals, no refunds are applicable after the delivery of voucher.
- For PRODUCT Deals, a refund is only applicable if the product is returned unused due to manufacturing defect, or broken/damaged at the time of delivery. In this case Deals Daily needs to be notified within 24 hours of delivery to proceed otherwise the complaint will be nullified.

10. Are there any hidden or additional charges for product deliveries?

There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any product delivery. All charges are communicated to the customer on order confirmation call. If you are buying a product that require special care like a refrigerator then delivery term and conditions will be mutually agreed, if you want us to deliver then Rs.1000/-(prices vary from product to product) delivery charges will be applied.

11. What is liability policy?

Every effort shall be made to provide the product as promised and/or deliver exactly the same product as ordered on the date and time. However, in some rare instances, may not be able to deliver the product exactly as promised. This may happen due to reasons beyond our control, Strikes / Floods / Acts of nature or any other causality beyond control of Dealsdaily team or due to human mistake by any of our team member. shall in no way be liable, by way of compensation for any loss(es) suffered by the customer in consequences of missed, late or non-delivery of gift, for any amount exceeding the value of product order placed.

12. What are the exchange policies of Dealsdaily?

We do not have an exchange policy. However defective products are replaced after the product is carefully examined & if it is returned unused,undamaged and in its original packing along with all the original tags, However if the product is found damaged due to negligence then exchange is not applicable.

13. How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer service department as soon as possible with your order number or Email us at In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be made in 2-4days.
